good food and a good movie...

Semester break draws closer to the end. One more weekend and from Monday school officially restarts. Not that it makes much of a difference. Except for the two public holidays on Monday and Wednesday, I have been to school everyday this week. I have been mostly in the anatomy lab learning specimens so that spotter won't be a complete disaster. Hopefully, I will have done enough to pass spotter. I have never failed the spotter yet, but I acknowledge that this spotter will be touch and go.
So admittedly, I didn't get to go to Cancun or LA or anywhere else for semester break and that is why I decided that come Hell or high water I was going to the cinema to see "Hitch". I should have gone two weeks ago, but that girl didn't get back to me and I was waiting for her so I didn't go. Then last week, since the same girl still didn't say anything, I went to the beach with Narvin et al. That was good though so I have no regrets.
But I decided it was now or never and I had been working during my semester break and I was going to take the afternoon off and go see the movie before they stopped showing it - which, incidentally, happened to Bride and Prejudice. I waited too long to go and when I went today it wasn't showing anymore. That was too bad. If it was still up, I would have gone and seen it back to back with "Hitch". I wasn't really feeling anxious to come home anyway. I wanted to lime and be away for a while. Oh yeah, I went by myself. Everyone seems to think it is weird to go cinema by yourself, but I do it sometimes. It is pretty good. Having a date or company is good too, I just don't have a problem going to see a movie by myself. I don't understand why they feel you MUST have company.
Hitch was really good by the way. It was funny, so if you haven't seen it, you have my thumbs up.
Bought Papa John's for the first time today and it was really good. Also, for lunch I had grilled fish from the Indonesian food place in Valpark and that was also good, so today was generally a good food day lol.
Okay, I don't have anything important to post about. I'm just posting to keep the journal ticking over and so that I don't fall out of the habit again.
Wish me luck okay. For the next 6 weeks I have some of the most stressful times with alot of work to study for phase exams. Hopefully, they will go well and then I can relax afterwards.
